postiso is operated by Edition9 LLC, a limited liability company registered with the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Shams) in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under licence no. 2539493.01. These Terms are an agreement between you and Edition9 LLC.

postiso lets you create AI content topics that generate images and captions and publish them to connected social media accounts on a schedule, with an optional approval step. Features and limits vary by plan.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

If a business is set to review posts before they publish, postiso prepares one post at a time for that business and waits for your decision.

• While a post is waiting for your approval, no further posts are prepared for that business. Scheduled slots that fall during the wait are skipped and are not made up afterwards.
• A post waiting for approval does not expire. It stays available until you approve it, reject it, or the business is removed. Approving it publishes it at the next opportunity, which may be later than its original scheduled slot.
• Switching a business to autopilot removes the approval step, and posts publish on schedule without waiting for you.

• Do not use postiso to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not violate the terms or policies of any connected platform (e.g. Instagram).
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or tenant isolation.
• Do not resell or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others.

You retain ownership of the brand inputs you provide and are responsible for the content published for your topics. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Content is produced with AI and published through official platform APIs. postiso applies AI-content disclosure automatically, but you remain responsible for reviewing content and complying with each platform’s rules. See our AI Content Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plan limits (topics, posts, features) apply as described on the pricing page. Prices may change with notice.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Free plan can be used at no cost for as long as you like.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results from published content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, postiso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or actions taken by connected platforms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
