• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details (or your Google profile if you sign in with Google).
• Workspace & agent data — the agents, brand settings, schedules, and content you create.
• Connected social accounts — the account identifiers and access tokens needed to publish on your behalf.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics used to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to operate your agents, generate and publish content you request, provide analytics, process billing, secure the service, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

You connect social accounts through the platform’s official OAuth flow. postiso never receives or stores your social media password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never sent to your browser. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Content is generated using third-party AI providers. The prompts and brand settings you provide are sent to these providers to produce images and captions. See our AI Content Policy for details on generation, labeling, and disclosure.

Your data is stored in our PostgreSQL database with tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, so each organization can only access its own data. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive tokens.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run postiso (e.g. AI image/caption providers, the social platforms you publish to, our payment processor) and when required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage your account in the dashboard or contact us to exercise these rights.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
