Data Deletion
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data postiso holds about you, including anything obtained from a connected Instagram or TikTok account. You can use any of the routes below yourself — none of them require contacting us first.
Instagram and TikTok data
Removing postiso from your Instagram or TikTok account tells us to erase what we obtained from it. That happens automatically, as soon as the platform notifies us:
- The connection to that account and its stored access tokens are deleted, and the token is revoked with the platform so it stops working there too.
- Every photo imported from that account's feed is deleted, including the stored image files.
- Your postiso account, your businesses, the photos you uploaded yourself, and the posts postiso created for you are kept — none of that came from the platform. The two options below delete those.
Disconnect an account from postiso
Sign in and open the business the account is connected to. Deleting that business removes its connection, revokes the access token with the platform, and deletes everything imported for it.
Delete your entire postiso account
Open Settings and find the Account section. “Export my data” downloads everything we hold about you; “Delete workspace data” permanently erases your workspace — every topic, schedule, post, media file, connection and billing record. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
Ask us to do it for you
Email privacy@postiso.com from the address on your account and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
